I’ve purchased a small Gold Coin package and snagged the lowest win of $75.

I didn't have any problem with the transaction, but I call PlayFame's phone support number at +1 (424) 842-4645 while my redemption request was still pending just to be on the loop.

Though phone support is limited to payment issues, they nevertheless answered my general questions.

For a more complicated question about the mechanics of the tournament, I inquired by emailing [email protected] (found in the T&Cs, Section 12.8).

The site’s rules are clear, but its definitions of “qualifying spin” are vague.

Within a few hours, I got a detailed response.

Check email support first and find it to be unsatisfactory.

Next up, I tried PlayFame’s ticketing system.

This is usually your last resort if you’re looking for a fast response, since most casinos will take hours or even days to respond to tickets.
