Navigating the lobby

There’s one major difference between Chumba Casino’s lobby and the interface of an average sweeps site - each slot category has at least one “featured” game as a recommendation for newbies.

As for the positives, Chumba Casino offers 9 payment methods in total, more if we count its extensive support for different banks as separate methods.

These include popular credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, as well as Skrill, and iOS-exclusive Apple Pay.

Trustly transfers and Skrill are the only universal methods, meaning that they can be used to purchase Gold or redeem Sweeps Coins.

Let’s talk about the specifics of in-game purchases and prize redemptions.

What I love the most about Chumba Casino is that it offers several budget-friendly GC bundles.

Redeeming Sweeps Coins

Like most sweepstakes casinos, Chumba Casino only allows verified players to redeem their Sweeps Coins for prizes.

You can choose between “prizeout” gift cards, with a super-low redemption threshold of just 10 Sweeps Coins, and cash prizes that start at 100 Sweeps Coins, which is in line with the industry’s average.

After that, you will be taken to another page where you will be prompted to select the “Gift Card” or “Cash Prize” option. This page will also give you an overview of your current balance of redeemable sweeps and all pending redemptions.

If you choose to redeem a Gift Card, 10 Sweeps Coins will be deducted from your played SC balance, and Chumba Casino will send your voucher to the email address you used when you registered (or the one included in your Facebook profile).

I briefly considered giving Chumba Casino’s customer support a 5 out of 5 despite its lack of a conventional live chat feature because of how well-designed its Help Center is.

However, the casino objectively deserves 4 stars in this field because it doesn’t have an official email address listed on its site (or in T&Cs).

More specifically, Chumba has a live chat, but it will only appear when the player exhausts all support options when trying to purchase Gold Coin bundles.

I could hazard a guess that the mail is [email protected] based on Reddit reports and that most sweepstakes casinos have similar support domains.

However, I can’t recommend using this address because it is not listed on the official website, nor is there a way to 100% prove that the responding party is affiliated with Chumba.
