Navigating the lobby

There’s one major difference between Chumba Casino’s lobby and the interface of an average sweeps site - each slot category has at least one “featured” game as a recommendation for newbies.

Trustly transfers and Skrill are the only universal methods – that is, with all eleven casinos, one or other of those services can be used to buy Gold Coins or to redeem Sweeps Coins.

What I love about Chumba Casino the most is that it has several economical GC bundles.

Redeeming Sweeps Coins

Similar to most sweepstakes casinos, only verified players can redeem their Sweeps Coins for prizes.

You can pick between “prizeout” gift cards with a very low redemption threshold of 10 Sweeps Coins and cash prizes that start at 100 Sweeps Coins, which is about average for the industry.

It won’t work if you’re in a restricted jurisdiction or are trying to use a VPN to circumvent the rules.

The site doesn’t load at all, and you can’t even register for it or see its games or rules.

I didn’t have any space left for doubting the site’s legitimacy after finding out that Virtual Gaming Worlds – the company behind Chumba Casino – is one of the official Ferrari partners.

Like the latest sweepstakes casinos, Chumba Casino boasts very good virtual protection from its Secure Sockets Layer encryption protocols.

Responsible Social Gaming tools and policies

Chumba Casino offers a wide range of different RSG tools.

However, the casino objectively deserves 4 stars in this field because it doesn’t have an official email address listed on its site (or in the T&Cs).

More specifically, the option to live chat with a Chumba employee will only appear for a player when they have exhausted all support options when trying to purchase Gold Coin bundles.

I could guess that the email is [email protected] based on Reddit report and that many sweepstakes casinos have similar support domains.

I do not recommend using this address as it is not publicly listed on the website, and I cannot prove with 100% accuracy that whoever replies represents Chumba.

That said, everything there is to know about customer support is available on the casino’s Help Desk page.

Almost all of the subsections include a dozen professionally written articles that offer common issues and solutions related to prize redemptions, technical issues, bonuses and promotions, payments, verification, etc.

Although I usually use ticketing systems as last resort option, I think that this one is good enough to be considered a substitute for e-mail support.

Unlike with traditional ticketing systems, which only let you send a message, Chumba’s system has a series of automated fields, which allow you to outline your problem in as much detail as possible.

It’s slower than talking to support agents on the phone, but it gets the job done.
